Velocity reports - by date

To generate a report for a specific date, you need to select the date of interest. The report will display information about all users who worked on that day, which is usually required for monitoring operators' work.

The summary table of the Velocity by Date report includes the following information:

  • Name - names of workers who worked on the project on a given day;

  • The worker's login on the platform;

  • The worker's role;

  • Tags;

  • The type of stage the worker worked on;

  • The stage the worker worked on;

  • Total time worked on the project on this day;

  • Total number of new files completed;

  • Total number of completed files pre-owned by other users;

  • Total number of completed files pre-owned by the same user;

  • Number of objects created;

  • Number of modified objects;

  • Number of deleted objects;

  • Average time spent to create a new object;

  • Number of created instances of an object;

  • Number of modified object instances in files pre-owned by the same user;

  • Number of modified object instances in files pre-owned by other users;

  • Number of deleted object instances in files pre-owned by the same user;

  • Number of deleted object instances in files pre-owned by other users;

  • Average time spent to create a new object instance;

  • Number of verified objects;

  • Average time spent to verify an object;

  • Number of verified object instances;

  • Average time spent on verification of an object instance;

Also in the settings you can enable the display of such indicators in the table:

  • Number of new completed files moved to the "Annotation" stage;

  • Number of completed files pre-owned by the other users moved to the "Annotation" stage;

  • Number of completed files pre-owned by the same user moved to the "Annotation" stage;

  • Average time spent on a completed new file moved to the "Annotation" stage;

  • Number of new completed new files moved to the "Verification" stage;

  • Number of completed old files pre-owned by the other users moved to the "Verification" stage;

  • Number of completed old files pre-owned by the same user moved to the "Verification" stage;

  • Average time spent on a completed new file moved to the Verification stage;

  • The number of new completed files moved to the "Deferred" stage;

  • Number of completed old files pre-owned by the other users moved to the "Deferred" stage;

  • Number of completed old files pre-owned by the other users moved to the "Deferred" stage;

  • Average time spent on a completed new file moved to the "Deferred" stage;

  • The number of new completed files moved to the "Declined" stage;

  • Number of completed old files pre-owned by the other users moved to the "Declined" stage;

  • Number of completed old files pre-owned by the same user moved to the "Declined" stage;

  • Average time spent on a completed new file moved to the "Declined" stage;

  • The number of new completed files moved to the "Completed" stage;

  • Number of completed old files pre-owned by the other users moved to the "Completed" stage;

  • Number of completed old files pre-owned by the same user moved to the "Completed" stage;

  • Average time spent on a completed new file moved to the "Completed" stage.

The Reports - Velocity tab provides detailed statistics on the operator's work, allowing you to track their performance and project progress, identify possible errors, and draw the operator's attention to areas that need improvement.

You can export the report to a CSV file by clicking on the export button at the bottom of the page. In the settings, you can customize the display of the table by selecting only the necessary columns.
