When you open this tab, you will see options to export various files. You can export all files, completed files, files with selected stages (Export by stage), or files with any stage of selected types (Export by stage type).
Once you request the export of necessary files, a table will appear. This table will show information about the person who initiated the export, the start time of the export process, the finish time of the export process, which files were exported, the number of exported files, and the status of the export.
If there are many files to be exported, the process may take some time. You can check the current export status by refreshing the tab using the "Refresh" button. Once the export is complete, you can download the data by clicking the "Download exported data" button.
To request termination of an export, right-click on the export row and select from the options available in the context menu.
You can select from a range of procedures such as downloading the exported data, repeating the export, repeating with new and modified files, downloading the log, or deleting the export.

Now users can add a comment when starting a new export job.
The comment will be added to the export archive as a file named comment.txt.
In addition, comments will be displayed in the exports list in the Export tab.
If an export is terminated, the data that has been exported before the interruption will be downloaded. If an error occurs during the export process, an archive with all successfully exported files as well as a list of files that failed to export will be available for download.
You can also initiate the export from the list of files on the Project page.
You can export a single file at once via the context menu. If you need to export multiple files, select them by ticking individual files or selecting "all files matching the current search criteria". This will cause the export to run in the background. You can track and download the exports via the export tab.
